Deliveries
Once you place an order on https://www.tresible.com, we will make sure to dispatch it as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been packaged and is on your way.
However, in the rare event that shipping is delayed due to reasons beyond our control, we will immediately notify you via email. New dispatch information will be sent to you as soon as arrangements are made.
We offer free shipping across the UK and we have third-party service providers for the same. The delivery times are set as per their operational procedures and the same will be communicated to you.

Returns
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason or have simply changed your mind, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to register a return. To return any product sold through the website, you are required to comply with the following conditions:
- Products being returned should be unused.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging without being tampered with.
- Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be processed.
- You are required to dispatch the product using a reliable courier in your respective area and email the details to sales@tresible.com.
Complaints
If you receive a product from https://www.tresible.com that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, or it is damaged/expired/unsuitable for consumption upon arrival, you can get in touch with the customer service team through any of the following channels:
After receiving your complaint, Trèsible shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will make the necessary arrangements for a replacement.
However, in the event of false and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of Trèsible’s products, we reserve the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Trèsible in this regard.
Note: Before accepting shipment of any of Trèsible products, kindly ensure that the products’ packaging is not damaged or tampered with. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered with, request at the earliest to refuse delivery and inform Trèsible within 48 hours of delivery.
- If you are unable to notify Trèsible of receipt of a damaged/expired product within 48 hours of delivery to you, we shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order and process your refund.
- Trèsible will arrange for pick-ups in case of returns involving products that are damaged/expired/unsuitable for consumption upon arrival. However, if Trèsible is unable to do so, you will be required to dispatch the product using a reliable courier in your respective area. Courier charges will be reimbursed in such cases as determined by the logistics team at Trèsible.
- It is advised that the return packets should be securely and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to products during transit.
- The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Trèsible to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return.
Refunds
Refunds will be subject to the following:
- Orders paid online will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-21 working days through the online account.
- For Cash on Delivery payments, you will be reimbursed in the form of shopping credits in your online account at https://www.tresible.com.
- Purchases made using promo codes will not be returned or refunded.
